Coaching is a way to create conditions to learn and grow. Coaching is freeing up someone’s potential qualities so that you can perform as well as possible. The inner obstacles are often more persistent than those from outside. The goal of coaching is more self-insight, a sense of responsibility and believing in yourself. As a coach I give you space, stimulate and support you to make your own choices and make your own decisions.

The GROW-Coaching model is a model to structure a coaching conversation.
The strength of the GROW model is that it leads to a clear end result in four clear steps. Because you are active in clarifying the problem and generating ideas, the output sticks better.
Prices Coaching Process
The price for a coaching program Coach Garda Christina is from € 1.330,- to 2.400,- excluding VAT. This depends on the number of days you choose, the minimum is three days. Based on the intake, I will send you a tailor-made offer.
Included in the price:
–intake interview, if possible via Teams / Whatsapp
-daily half-day coaching and multiple contact hours
-aftercare upon return (by phone or online)
Excluded in the price:
-travel expenses to and from Italy
-cost of stay
-travel and cancellation insurance
Employers sometimes reimburse (part of) the costs when it comes to reintegration, prevention or personal development. Ask your employer for this.
Who is Christina Kolenbrander?
Since 1991 I have been working as a coach and trainer. I have gained a lot of experience in the sports world, with mental guidance in sports and positive psychology. Subsequently, I further developed myself in business services both in the Netherlands and abroad. Strategic communication training given and created and used to optimize the services within the companies. I obtained my accreditation Associate-degree-, HBO Bachelor degree program in 2016 in Management, coaching and Psychology. Coaching programs exist in personal development as well as business development. I am always looking for opportunities that are used to achieve your personal goals. There are no ready-made answers. What I do is put you first and ask yourself a lot of questions, so that you are challenged to examine and recalibrate your own norms and values. So that you can make your own choice for your own future life.
